Wallet & Transaction Data

  • Solana wallet addresses submitted by you;
  • Transaction hashes and on-chain transaction history;
  • Purchase amounts, token quantities, and payment references.

  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and click patterns;
  • Device identifiers and referring URLs.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • KYC/AML providers: We use SumSub (sumsub.com) and similar third-party identity verification services to conduct identity verification. These providers process your identity documents and biometric data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements;
  • Payment processors: Cryptocurrency payment processors may receive your wallet address and transaction data to facilitate token purchases;
  • Cloud & infrastructure providers: Our platform is hosted on cloud infrastructure; service providers may process your data as data processors under our instructions;
  • Legal and regulatory authorities: We may disclose your data to law enforcement, regulatory bodies, or courts when required by law or to protect our legal rights;
  • Professional advisors: Lawyers, accountants, and auditors under professional secrecy obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. International Data Transfers

PrediBo LLC is based in the United States. If you are located outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. For EEA/UK residents, such transfers are carried out under appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or equivalent mechanisms.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to the following minimum retention periods:

  • Account data: For the duration of your account, plus 7 years after account closure;
  • KYC/AML records: Minimum 5 years after the end of the business relationship, as required by anti-money laundering regulations;
  • Transaction records: Minimum 7 years for tax and financial record-keeping purposes;
  • Marketing consent records: Until you withdraw consent, plus 3 years thereafter;
  • Technical logs: Up to 12 months.

Upon expiry of retention periods, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal data.
